Good excersizes for a teen girl?
I'm looking to sort of get in more shape... I'm 15, 5'5 and 130 pounds. From about below my boobs to my needs is sorta fatty and I wanna change that. I drink at least 3 bottles of water a day, and I play volleyball 4 or 5 days a week. I eat breakfast, and healthy dinners and don't eat fast food. But I do snack a lot, I'm kind of always eating and I think that is my problem. I eat when I'm bored. In the summer I play soccer & I'm always outside. I tend to gain 5-10 pounds over the winter, BOOOOOOO! I guess I'm just wondering if Theres any good excersizes to tone my stomach and thighs more. I really appreciate the help:) *knees not needs sorrry !

17, 5'8, and weigh 150lbs?
But I look like I'm 120. Why is this? I have an hour glass figure, if that matters. I work out every day by doing sit-ups, push-ups, jumping jacks, plank, crunches, and walking/running. I have gym in school, and we do a variety of workouts. I only drink milk and water. I eat relatively healthy. I say this because I eat junk food sometimes, but in moderation. My daily food intake consists of cereal(whole grain) for breakfast, a healthy wrap for lunch, a small snack(granola bar) when I come home from school, and a relatively healthy dinner. I sometimes have dessert, but not that much. Should I lose weight?

Healthy dinner and snack ideas? 10 Points!?
I eat a pretty decent breakfast and lunch most days, but when I get home from school I feel like I eat horribly. I think it's contributing (I KNOW it is) to the fact I'm overweight. I'd like to lose 25-30 pounds by June, and another 20 over the summer. This would put safely in the healthy BMI range, with room to gain a few or lose a few. So, healthy but yummy dinners and snacks? Or, if you want to give some breakfast and lunch ideas too, that's fine because I'm pretty bored with my current stuff. Thanks!
