Teen girl lose fat/ weight?
Hello, for a few yearns now i have silently thinking i am, not fat but lets say has a little "extra" that makes me look weird. I am 15 and very short for my age, I'm 5' -5'1 and weigh about 96-100 pounds. I know that my BMI is 19, which is fine but when i look at myself I'm not happy. I have mini love handles and massive calfs(the are muscle so i don't know how to get rid of it?) and i chubby stomach. I am no longer comfortable wearing a tight shirt and i was like last year. I ran cross country this year(sucked) and plan on doing it next year so i would like to train(hopefully help lose weight).My measurements are:

I have very poor eating control when I'm by myself and i think i eat for emotional purposes often, not because I'm hungry. I actually am rarely hungry. If i wake up I'm not hungry until mid-day but i eat before because i can't help it. I have friends who are very thin and beautiful and can wear really tight things and there's not stomach fat or bloating. I plan on joining the army but I am 50 pounds overweight. I am a girl and need help losing weight asap?
I have talked to a recruiter and even before that I knew how much weight I was going to have to lose. I want to lose this weight in three months. Please I dont want to hear that its not healthy to lose that much weight at once. I am determined and I KNOW I can do it. I am looking for tips and advice. I am eating healthy three meals a day. Breakfast is oatmeal lunch is soup or salad. Dinner is whatever I make in a small portion. I dont eat more than 1500 calories a day. I exercise at 20 mph on my stationary bike for 2 hours. I then do 50 situps and 10 push ups. I just started all this and so far so good. I need to know how to lose the greatest amount of weight in the smallest amount of time. I know that by august I could weigh 140. I want to weigh that much by may or june. help me out here people. even inspiration or someone to compare progress or some kind of competition would help! Should I join the gym?

I need help losing weight? Any advice?
I currently weigh 260lbs 5'11, 19 years old. I used to weight lift alot and do really less cardio. I'm currently attending college and don't have much time to do any excersises and not really eating healthy but want to start eating healthy and be able to do exercises wether outside or in my own home.
