I want to lose about 25 lbs. I want to do this healthily, losing about 2-3 lbs per week. I'm already vegetarian, and have moderately active jobs (nanny and waitress). I know that in order to lose weight I must eat less/move more. Many years ago, I practiced a lot of unhealthy dieting, which messed my metabolism up. I'm afraid of triggering my body into starvation mode. I'm in my early twenties, female. I don't take any medications or diet pills, but I do take several vitamins and supplements (vitamins C, D, and B complex, zinc, chorella, agae, selenium, milk thistle, and larix). Okay so that's it...I have only been living with my Fiance for a week now and I can ALREADY see the number on my scale increasing at an insane amount. He eats quite a bit, especially snacks, and he always gets me one too because he is very cnocious about his weight (so basically he knows if I don't eat it, he had enough for the day, which is silly because he's bordering underweight) ..
