This is the one for the young crowd! A dance video will take you step by step from the very basic and easy to the more advanced levels. You can really work off a lot of fat that way and it is one of the top tips for how to lose fat legs. Compete against yourself at first at first and later, when you are good, you can compete against your friends.



Is it bad that I lost 10 pounds training for track?
I'm a 15 year old girl, 4'11.5 feet tall and used to weigh 100. Now I weigh 90 pounds and my BMI is 17.5, which means I'm underweight. I don't know why I lost 10 pounds when I'm eating a lot. Also, shouldn't I weigh the same or a little bit more, because you gain muscle and lose fat from running, and muscle weighs more than fat? I don't know what happened. DID I LOSE MUSCLES???????

What can I do to lose fat?
I'm a 14 year old boy and am a bit chubby I'm not the fattest kid or the skinniest kid and recently I have started doing 15 push ups about 4-5 times a day will increase later my diet isn't the best I'm indian so we eat Indian food on a daily basis and I eat fast food once a week sometimes twice a week I'm going to start walking on my treadmill soon starting at a 2.5 speed for 15 minutes again will increase later on i am about 5 foot 6 for my height and weight around 270 not completely sure about both but that's about it how can I improve is this a good start my two main goals are strength(not muscles for show) and losing fat and about my treadmill I can't run on it because I live in a apartment and the person below me is a huge A hole.

Can I lose weight on a weight gainer?
My goal is to lose fat while building muscle. I'm thinking it would be alright to take Iso Xtreme Gainer right after a workout to improve recovery time and because the slow release proteins will continue to work throughout the day. It know it has alot of calories and fat but shouldn't that be good right after a workout? I plan on keeping the rest of my diet very lean. I'm mainly just wondering if this will cause me to become fatter?
