Does anyone know how a 14 yearold can lose weight loss quickly and effectivly? I do about 100 crunches a day ride a bike with lots of layers on and do some dancing. I eat about 4 small meals a day but its not working very well. THanks for the help :) i don't drink pop and don't eat very much junk food..just once in a while.
