okay.. so.. i wanna lose weight. about 22 pounds. I'm not so much into a hurry.. just slow and steady... :) I don't have much of a problem in the diet part.... and about the exercise, i have a manual treadmill at home. not the one which uses electricity.... so.. how long should i walk on it everyday? to lose about 1-2 pounds a week...

Hey can anyone help me out, lately probably since August i've been on and off about whether I should diet or not and lose weight, and i've finally decided that I REALLY want to and be VERY strict about my diet because I keep half-assing it and i'm sick of doing that I just want to lose weight the right way!. I'm 15, 5"0 and 115 and please don't tell me thats normal or "you don't need to lose weight" it's my decision and I really just want to do this and feel comfortable wearing a bikini by summertime. I wan't to be about 95 lbs by AT MOST June. Can anyone give me diet tips and exercising tips?.

food allergy/intolerance /IBS/depression (solution??)?
priya_shiny1986 salam/hi, (age-33 wt: 55) im suffering from food intolerance/allergy and IBS for last 12 years, i have always stomach upset, gas, burning, low mood, weak concentration, sleep disorder, unsocial life, lost weight, fatigue, blur vision, stick paste like stool (sticked with intestines). i have severe intolerance/allergy with milk, all dairy products, all kinds of sweets, milk tea, cola drinks, all fruits, bakery products., everything i eat makes gastro upset. i totally avoid dairy products and sweets. i have done all kinds of test (except food allergy test). endosocpy, barium meal follow through, ultrasounds, stool tests, all tests are normal, but nothing is diagnosed, my parents say i must conslut with psychiatrist but im sure my disturbance and depression is due gastru upset, im living a disturbed life, dont know how to cure. (i have used many medicines advised by GI doctors but no improvement),, do u have any solution
