so im a girl, 15, 5'3, 125 lbs. ok...i recently suffered from anorexia. i am all better now. but i think i completely RUINED my metablolism. i gained like 15 lbs from my lowest weight, and i cant seem to loose it. i am trying to loose about 10lbs. so my question is, how can i speed Up my metabolism? it seems like everything i try, doesnt help me loose weight. for about 1 year, i have been doing a low carb diet.(very low) and i think my body is used to me eating the same exact things every day. salad, turkey, cheese, etc. so would it help me loose weight if i still continued to exercise, but for a couple days, just ate normal. NO dieting, just eating a normal amount of carbs, calories, etc, but then after a couple days, went back to doing low carbs again? i am trying to get a flat stomach and i have tried everything,, please help

What should I do for my sports diet?
I already have a little extra fat on me than desired, but not too much. I want to gain a little more muscle and then lose the fat, like everyone else. Lacrosse season starts for me in three weeks, but I'll still be able to get some weight training in during the season. Should I have a high calorie diet in order to build muscle during the season, or start slow with the weight loss diet during the season? I'm already planning on doing the "four hour work week" weight loss diet which is a low carb diet right after the season is over to shed the extra fat before summer, but I'm still weary on what I should do in season. Do you think I could lose 35 pounds like this by June?
I need to lose 35 pounds by summer and I was planning to lose weight in "steps": for the first week, the only change I'm making in my diet is drinking only water the next week I am cutting out sugary snacks and limiting my fast food the next week I am completely cutting out white carbs and only eating some whole wheat grains, and mainly having a high protein low carb diet starting on the first week, I am also going to walk every other day and then gradually build up to full on running. Here are my stats: 5 foot 2, 135 pounds, 16 years old. Do you think I could lose the weight like that? My ultimate goal weight is around 100 but I would be completely content at 115.
