DO YOU HAVE TO BE SKINNY TO DO TUMBLING?
Hi so I REALLY want to take tumbling but I NEED to know do you have to be skinny? Because I'm deffinatly not! I am considered overweight by my doctor but deffinatly not obese. Will I be able to do tumbling?? I am a dancer and I'm flexible so yea..and one more question do you need to wear shoes??

Does this sound like a good exercise plan?
So im 5'"7 and the age of 14. Im overweight.
I came up with a good exercise and a new lifestyle before I start high school.
Would just like to know if this would help me?
Mon-Fri: Run 3 miles each morning
Walk 3 miles each night
Do 50 sit ups
Sat-Sun: Swim for 1 hour
50 sit ups
Walk 5 miles
And as for my new lifestyle I really want to cut off meat (except for fish because I LOVE fish) and junk foods and soda (I freak out when i eat them) and be a veggiterean. Would this help? Please only serious answers and suggestions are accepted(; and how much weight would you estimate i would beable to lose?

What do i have to do to get his body shape?
I don't have athletic body shape and i am overweight a little bit but i started working out 2 weeks ago and i go everyday for sure. and i see some changes in my body but i want to be like him how long will it take me?
