I installed the calorie counter app or my itouch. I get a good amount of exercise and I'm trying to lose 1 lb a week. I'm 16. 6"1. And 145 lbs Today it said I ate 1400 cal of food, exercise is 600 and net is 700 (rounding all this up) It says I have 1000 more calories to go? Anyone know what net is? Sorry for posting here.
